How OwnCX began

An orchestrator of seniors, in place of a junior pyramid for you to subsidize

  1. Traditional consulting sells the partner and delivers the junior. The partner closes in the room, and a second-year analyst learns on your account while you pay for the curve. OwnCX began to invert that order.

  2. We gathered one senior operator for each domain your company needs and seated them at one round table under an accountable orchestrator. AI does the junior work that pyramid used to do. Only senior people touch your account. We were built bilingual and senior from the start for the Mexico–United States corridor.
